APS is a proven top-performing marine services company with several specific practice areas:

OPERATE: APS operates and maintains 25 government owned boats, nationwide. Our customers require on-time reliable service for critical daily operations. WE DELIVER.

REPAIR: APS performs repair and maintenance tasks for boats, harbor equipment and specialty support items on the waterfront. We operate a high capability repair yard in National City, California, in support of ship and boat repair services, and project logistics support. This facility serves as a base for service calls, ship to shop work, marine salvage and emergency assistance and long distance projects.

PROVIDE: APS provides specialty marine equipment from a nationwide network of high quality fabricators. Harbor fendering, floating support equipment, mooring assemblies and oil spill response equipment are some of our product lines. APS is also certified as a Mercury Marine Government Sales and Service Provider.

PROTECT: APS is a service provider for commercial port security tasks. We conduct around the clock classified Operations Center functions in support of MTSA and 33 CFR 105 Port Security requirements.
