Who We Are

APS is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). We are a State of California Certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise and Small Business Enterprise (DVBE/SBE), Cert. No. 53477.

APS is a dedicated to Veteran’s Initiatives. We carry out a sustained gifting program for Veteran’s support organizations and sponsor events and services.
